1. Ship it to a bike mechanic/home, FREE – Your bike will be shipped to your local bike shop/ mechanic or to your door as we receive it from production in our 85% assembly box (without additional assembly and tuning). Your signature will be required to receive the box. You will need to schedule an appointment with a reputable bike shop in your area and transport the large bike box. Bike shops may prefer a few days heads up on average. Average bike shop assembly/ tuning costs are $60-$100. To make sure you have the safest possible biking experience, we only recommend assembly by professional bicycle mechanics.

FedEx Ground. Allow for 2-6 business days to deliver depending on location.

2. 100% Assembled to your door, for $199 – Your bike will be assembled to 100%, tuned, and delivered to your door. We’ll find the closest bike mechanic/bike shop and ship it to them to assemble, tune, and deliver. The mechanic will then fit the bike for you as well:)

FedEx Ground – Allow for 7-10 business days.

3. Sarasota area home delivery, FREE – Your bike comes 100% assembled and tuned. Delivered to your door in 3-5 Business days.

After you order has shipped, we will send you another email letting you know. Please save these email invoices for your records.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Peace Bicycles warrants the frame and fork of each new Peace Bicycle brand bicycle to be free from defects in material and workmanship for (1) year from the date of purchase. All other original components and all Peace Bicycles brand repair parts, replacement parts and accessories are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of (14) days from the original date of purchase.

Although assembly is fairly easy, We must insist on professional assembly for our ”Ship to a bike mechanic” option for your safety. We can save you the trip to the bike shop by shipping it there for you. Please call your neighborhood bike shop and give them a heads up and then provide us their shipping address.

We can either ship your bike to a bike shop, an updated address, or to the address you provided before. Again, we strongly recommend you have your bike assembled by a professional bike mechanic. Our warranty will only come into effect after professional assembly that can easily be proven with documentation from a certified bike shop.

We strongly recommend that riders get their bicycles assembled by professional bicycle mechanics or order our 99% assembled Ride out of the Box option and then get the last 1% assembled by a professional bike mechanic. (bike shop mechanic).

Like a car, bicycles need regular maintenance. We strongly suggest that you get your bike tuned regularly at your own discretion.

While we have a tight quality control system, if you receive a bike that you think has a defect, please call us at 847-877-9967 or email us immediately at info@peacebicycles.com and DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RIDE THE BICYCLE.
