For your safety, we included front and rear battery-powered lights to increase visibility at night, and a beautiful golden bell for whizzing through a crowded city. ***Comfort***
Achieving maximum comfort is one of our main goals, so we built a high-tensile steel frame that absorbs the road better and along with the raised handlebar allows for upright riding position to save your back. A custom vintage spring-loaded saddle will keep your buttocks comfy and balloon tires will allow for a comfortable ride even on unpaved/potholed roads. At 34 pounds, it's also lighter than most fully-equipped Dutch Bikes. There is also a kickstand for easy parking. (verified owner)The box came in really bad shape and one of the fenders had some dings in it. Thanks guys for sending a replacement but it was a lot of emotional pain dealing with seeing my baby so distressed. I know the shippers tore it up in transit, but can you guys maybe make a stronger box?

(verified owner)The customer service and support was great! The time it took to get it, not so much. It took almost 4 months from start to finish. It was frustrating to say the least. But the seafoam step through looks great and rides great. It was easy to assemble it on my own.

It came well packed and was in perfect condition.
Assembling was pretty easy – around 30 minutes no stop.
I had to tweak to the shifting and braking a few times to get it just right and now it’s perfect.
Some cons include that it didn’t have water bottle bosses (though I put one in the basket) and that they didn’t have the step through with brown tires. I got the cream. But otherwise I love the bike!

My son put it together for me as I’m 62 and I have had relaxing rides around my townpark ever since. I am so happy with the bike. It’s also lightweight enough for me to lift it easily if I need to over bumps or sidewalks. My knees feel great with this bike and I can understand why they call it ergonomic. It really makes me feel great!

(verified owner)The bike came with some damage so another bike had to be shipped out which was a pain as I was planning on going on a trip with the bike. All good though the new one came and I’ve been pretty happy ever since. Also, the brakes were kind of hard to set up – I called Peace and they told me to visit a professional mechanic or shop which I did and it’s been fine since then.
